Frequently Asked Questions

UK orders over £40 include free delivery. UK orders under this value will be charged a nominal postage and packaging fee of £1.95.

Worldwide delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are currently unable to deliver to EU countries due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). We are also watching developments from the US about the new tariffs on overseas deliveries and this may impact deliveries to America. If you are outside mainland UK (but not in the EU) and are interested in purchasing an original painting, please do get in touch and we can let you know the costs involved.

Most orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days. Smaller items are usually sent using the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. Larger original paintings will be sent in the UK using the best service for the end destination - often Special Delivery but could also be personal delivery for items near the studio. If you need an item for a specific date please do check with us before ordering.

If you have arranged with is for an overseas delivery, an estimated delivery time will be given as part of the arrangements.

We are not currently selling prints. This may change in the future though so keep your eyes on our socials!
