Delivery Information

Last Updated: MAY 2025

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
UK orders under the value of £40 will be charged £1.95 for delivery. UK orders above the value of £40 will receive free delivery.  Items will be sent using the best service for the final package. Most orders for smaller items will usually be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Services used for delivery may sometimes vary depending on available services and reliability at the time of sending your order.

Worldwide delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20. We are currently unable to send items to the EU due to The EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

DESPATCH TIME

Most items will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Please note, once items have been despatched we are not responsible for any delays they may encounter within the postal system.

UK items should be delivered within 2 working days. Worldwide deliveries should arrive within 7-10 working days (but please note that this is an estimate not a guarantee).

If you need an item quicker than the quoted despatch time, please do get in touch as we will always try to accommodate such requests wherever possible.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Original artworks will be sent using whichever method is best for the intended destination to ensure the artwork arrives safely (including personal delivery by the artist for local deliveries) - we will contact any customers purchasing an original artwork to let them know delivery details.

YOUR PACKAGE
It may sometimes be necessary to send your order in more than one parcel (if for example sending items together may cause damage or you need one item sooner than another). All items will be sent clearly addressed and well packaged. However, occasionally something may go wrong with a delivery due to reasons beyond our control. If you do happen to receive a damaged parcel (or in the very rare occurrence that your package doesn't arrive) please contact us and we will do our very best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the package to ensure all taxes and customs in their country are paid.
